We accept returns on items in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unused, and undamaged for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 10 days of the ship date. All items must also include the return form.
All international orders, sale items and items purchased with a discount or promo code exceeding 10% off are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for international orders that are returned to sender (back to us) due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item(s), please place a new order and return any unwanted items back to us for a full refund.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Name, Order Number, a short description and photos of the item(s) so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Complete the return form and package all unwanted items securely. We recommend using an insured shipping method and keeping the tracking number for your reference. We are not responsible for any customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days from the time we receive your return for your refund to be issued. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (minus shipping costs). Please note that it can take additional days for your bank to credit the refund back to your account.
Promo codes only apply to full price items. Limit of one promo code per customer. All promo codes expire at 11:59 PM EST on the date stated in the promotion. Promo codes cannot be combined or applied to previously purchased items.
