RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from closetaccess.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of the ship date. Any items returned after this time are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. For returns to be accepted, items must be in the original condition, must be unused, unworn, and undamaged with all tags attached and include the return form. If your return does not meet the above requirements you will not receive a refund.

    We do not accept exchanges. However, if you would like a different item(s) you can place a new order and return any unwanted items back to us for a full refund.

    If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us immediately at customercare@closetaccess.com. Please include your name, order number, a description and photos of the item(s) so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

     

    RETURN PROCESS

    Complete the return form and package your items securely. We recommend you ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method and keep the tracking details for your records, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs. FYI: return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

      You will receive an email once your refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding the shipping cost. Please allow up to 7 business days from the time we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Please note, it can take additional days for your financial institution to credit the refund back to your account.
